For all beaten horses during the meeting. Distance One Mile. NIGHT of GENERAL ENTRY, FRIDAY, 18th DECEMBER, 1891. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received for any of the above events except on this condition: — Ibat all disputes claims and objections arising out of the racing shall bo docided by the Stewards whose deciaion upon all points connected with the carrying out of tie programme shall be final and all law proceedings barred. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to tho Secretary, entrance money to be enolosed with name, age, and pedigree of the horse, name of the owner and colors of the rider. 3. No nomination will be received without the entrance money. N.B. This regulation will be strictly adhered to. 4. In the event of any person entering a protest the sum of £2 must be lodged' with the Secretary before such protest is coneidered. This sum to be forfeited to the funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. 5. All entries for Hack Races to be subject to the approval of the Stewards. 6. Stakes paid less five per cent. , 7. The races will be run and held undet the Rules of Racing adopted by tho Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand. J. F. CLARK, Secretary.
