The steamer Jubilee, which left for Wellington on Wednesday, is returning to port. There are no particulars yet as to what is wrong with her.

Hobabt, Nov. 11. General Booth received an enthusiastic welcome on his arrival.
Melbourne, Nov. 11. The Rev. Mr Youll has been elected Moderator of the Presbyterian Assembly.
Sir P. T. Sargooa, the Hon. S. S. Fraser, and D. Ham, members of the Cabinet in the Upper House, have resigned, owing to a difference with their colleagues in the Lower House, on the question of the one-man-one vote. These gentlemen pledged themselves to oppose the abolition of plural voting.
