Qualification for District Horses to be as follows : That all horses entering for the District Eace or Eaces shall be the bonafide property of a resident in one of the counties of Buller, Inangahua, Grey or Westland for three months, and that such horse shall have been in one of the said counties for at least three months immediately prior to Iherace or races for which it is entered. Provided however, that any owner of a horse qualified as aforesaid may upon Written permission being granted him by the Committee, be allowed to send such horse or horses out of the District within the three- months last referred to.
