IN PURSUANCE of " The Relation of Elections Act, 1881," and "The Electoral Acts &.menduiont Act, 1890," I, Henry Lucas, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Inangahua, do HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, by virtue of a Writ bearing date the FIFTH day of NOVEMBER, 1890, under tho baud of the Clerk of tho Writs, AN ELECTION WILL BE HELD for the return of a qualified person to serve as a member for the sail Electoral District, AND that the POLL, IF NECESSARY, will be taken at the Several Polling places of the said district on the FIFTH DAY of DECEMBER, 1890.
