Qualification for District Races to be as follows: That all horses entering for the District Race or Raceß shall be the bonajlda property of a resident in one of the counties of.Buller, lnangahua, Grey ov Westlandfor three months, and that snob horse shall have been in one of the said counties for at least three months immediately prior to the race or races for which ft ie entered. 2. No entry will be received for any ol the races exoept on this condition: — That all dispntea, claims, and objections arisirg out •f the racing shall be deoided by the stewards, whose decision upon all points conneoted with the carrying out of this programme shall be final, and all law proceedings tarred. 6. All entrieß to be sealed and addressed to the aeoretary. Entrance money and qualification enclosed, with name, age and pedigree oil the horse, name of the owner and colors of the rider. 4. No nomination will be received without the entrance money. This regulation will be rigidly adhered to. 0. No person will be allowed to enter a horse for any race unless he be a subscriber to the race fund of not less than 1 soy. Haok Races excepted. 6. In the event of any person entering a protest the dum of £2 must be lodged with the Secretary before euoh protest is con•idtred, this sum to be forfeited to the funds , should the stewards consider the protest frhrolons or vexatious. 7. Three horses must accept for each event tr the public money will not be given. 8. All entries for Haok Races to be subject U tha approval of the Stewards. 9. Stakes paid less 5 per cent. 10.
