LONE STAR.

After driving south for some distance on the presumed track of the reef, the manager met with some indications which led him to put in a cross-cut to the west, and after going a few feet he came upon a large body of stone. A shot was put into it, and the stone proved of the same character as followed in the winze. The impression is created that the reef has turned completely over, and consequently changed its underlie to the west.
