PROSPECTORS.
In the early part of the week prospecting on the eastern slope of the Eightmile Creek, in this party's lease, has revealed a well defined reef, some four feet in thickness. The stone carries a fair show of gold, and considerable importance attaches to the find. I shall report more fully on the discovery on a future date.
