Tho Engineer submitted a plan of the road at the croniog of Boatman's Crook, showing the nature of the channel at prosent at tbe propoted bridge site, and recommended the Council to purohaso nn aoro of land from Mr O'Donnoll, nnd to plnoo the bridgo higher up the stream. Matter left with the Executive Committoo to deal with. Proposed by SlfiCelly, and seconded by Mr Byrne, that the Brcutive Committee treat with O'Donnell for tho purchase of onoaoroof land as recommended by the Engineer, and that when purchased the Committee arrange the site for tho bridgo as recommended.
