"When the Applicant is the original Grantee, and the land has been dealt with ; or whero the Applicant is not tho original Grantee— Where the value of tho land is £100 £2 U 2 Where the value of the land £200 8 S 4 Where the value of the land is £300 3 12 6 Where tho value of the land is £400 4 18 Where the value of land is nbove £400, the fees increase at the rate of 4s 3d (Assurance Fund) for every additional £100 in value. These charges also represent the post of Conveying Land. Inasmucn as applicants to bring land under the Act can direct the Certificates of Title to issue in the names of any other persons. Credit for Fees is Given, When desired by the Applicant in all cases whero the proprietor applies to have the lane* registered under the Act in his own name, and tho f<?es may remain unpaid until laid is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to { his land under the provisions of the Act, order that whenever he deals with it ho be in a position to lyvail hiuiself af facilities afforded by having a Kegistereu Title, cun do so Without Any Present Cost, by allowing the fees tp remain unpaid until such dealing takes place, ife will then bo in a position to Mortgage, Transfer, Lease, or otherwise deal with his land lit a mpment's notice. Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the .Applicant of only Five Shillings ; for if tlie Title is reected all fees are returned, with the exceptioi of that an.ouiH.
