Present: Messrs 'Bull, 8011, Morrison. Grieves, Hop wood, Sharkie, Martinelli, and Potts. Mr Potts was vote 1 to the chair. j A discussion ensued as to the desirability of forming an Amateur Dramatic Club in l?eefton, and finally it was moved seconded, and carried, that such a clul) be formed to be called the ßeefion Amateur Dramatic Club. Those present to bo the first members of the Club, and nflrlilions 1 hereto to be in the ordinary form by ballot. On the motion of Mr Morrison, seconrt-d by Mr Grieves, w Martinelli was appointed Hon. Secretary to the Club. The Secretary then read over a series of rules which had been framed for the government of ihe Club, which after discussion were adopted. It was decided that the fee for entrance to the Club should be 2s 6d, and monthly subscription of la 6d per member. Tho following officers in addition to those already men. tioned were appointed. Mr G. Bull, hon treasurer; Mr GWfWB, property manager; Mr J. R. Willoor. bwinM. manager; Mr Leech, managerial director; Mr Potts, stiice manager.
