THE INANGAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL, I TTHEREASI the Inanoahua Cocntt Cooncii, at fe meeting held on the lst day of Aufust, 1877, pursuant to the j powers conferred by Section 107 of the • Counties ct, 11876, and in exercise of tbe same, and df all other powers in this behalf thim enabling, resolved that a GENERAL RATE on aril Rateable Property wil [iin tho said County, for carrying int< effect the general purposes of the said Act, should be made and levied in accordance with the provisions of tbe said At, and of " The Rating Act, 1876." And! whereas, in and by the said resolution t ie Council resolved that the said Rate s lould be made and levied as aforesaid for the period of one year from jbe day of thl making and levying thereof, and should he paid in one sum, and that the amount elf such rate should be the sum of ONE SHILLING in the POUND on he values of the Rateable Property as i ppearing in the Valuation Roll now in foi cc in the County aforesaid. Notice therefoi c is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the last mentioned Act tbat thesai I Council on THURSDAY, tbe 16th day of August, now instant, intend to make and levy such Rate, and to order and dire t tbat the amount thereof shall be die si ra of One Shilling in the Pound on. the values aforesaid; that tbe said Rate sjiall pc for the period of One Year from* the! date of the making and levying thereof, land shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the 27th day of SEPTEMBER, how next ensuing.
