1 THE INANCAIIUA COUNTY I COUNCIL, — jf\ WIIEEEAS, (lie IuASGAitUA County , Council, at, a meeting hold on the Ist day of August, 1877* pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 107 of the ' Counties ct, 1876, and in exercise of Mic same, and < f all other powers in this behalf them enabling, resolved that-*' GENERAL R; TE on all Itateahle Property within the said County, for 1 carrying into eff ct tlie general purposes . of the said Act should bo made and ■ levied in nccordance with the provisions of the said Act, and of " Tlio Eating Act, I 1576." And whereas, in and by the said i resolution the Council resolved that the i said Hate should bo made pnd levied as aforesaid fur the period of one year from 4110 day of the maki ig and levying thereof, and should be pai 1 in one sum, and that the amount of sue 1 rate should be the sum of ONE j SHILLING in the POUND on the .1 alues of the Rateable Property as appe; ring in the Valuation Roll now in force i: the County aforesaid. Notice therefore 13 hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the last mentioned Act that the said Cc ancil on THURSDAY, the 16th day of tUigust, now instant, intend to make anffllevy such Rate, and to order and direct taat the amount thereof shall be the sum If One Shilling in the Pound on the valuas aforesaid ; that the said Rate shall bo fir the period of One Year from the date of the making and levying thereof, andl shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, tho 27th day of SEPTEMBER, novl nest ensuing.
