And \ bereas, in and by the said resolution the Council resolved that the said Kate sho lid be made and levied as aforesaid for c period of one year from 4be day of the making and levying thereof, and should b< paid in one sum, and that the amount o such rate should be the sum of OP E SHILLING in the POUND on he values of the Eateable Properly as appearing in the Valuation 801 l now in folce in the County aforesaid. Notice therefore is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the last mentioned Act that the sa J Council on THURSDAY, the lGth day bf August, now instant, intend to make md levy such Bate, and to order and direct that the amount thereof shall be the sum of One Shilling in the Pound on«the aforesaid; that the said Bate shall Jbe for the period of One Year from- "the date of the making and levying thereof] and shall be paid in one sum on THUpSDAY, the 27th day of SEPTEMBER, now next ensuing.
