RATE on all Hatsable Property vditliin the said County, for carrying into effect the general purposes of the said! Act, should be made and levied in accordance with the provisions of the said Abt, and of "The Eating Act, 1876." Andlwhereas, in and by the said resolution tlje Council resolved that the said Hate sliould be made and levied as aforesaid for Ithe period of one year from 4he day of thejmaking and levying thereof, and should ba paid in one sum, and that the amount on such rate should be the sum of ONE SHILLING in 'the POUND on tbe values of the Eateable Property as appearing in the Valuation Roll now in forae in the County aforesaid. Notice thereforJ is hereby given pursuant to the provisio&s of the last mentioned Act tbat the said Council on THURSDAY, the 16th day of August, now instant, intend to make abd levy such Eate, and to order and directjthat the amount thereof shall be the sunj of One Shilling in the Pound on the values aforesaid ; that the said Rate shall bafor the period of One Year from the dfete of the making and leryisg thereof, and shall be paid in one sum on THURSDAY, the 27th day oi SEPTEMBER, ndw nest ensuing.
