The Canterbury Press thinks that the Ministry will survive the next session. TheLyttelton Times makes out that there will, be deficiency at the end of financial year of £200,000, and that the consolidated revenue has been obliged to borrow during the present financial year, the sum of £400,000, in the shape partly of a contemporary loan and partly of Treasury Bills.
