NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS.
While our columns will he open at all times to the discussion of matters of legitimate publiq interest, it toillbe clearly understood tltat we are in no way whatever identified with the views of our correspondents. All correspondence intended for insertion in this column must be accompanied by the real name of the writer, merely as a guarantee of good faith. In order to avoid future annoyance, we desire to state definitely that, under no circumstance whatever will our Court reports be curtailed or withheld. Letters to the Editor must be enclosed in an envelope and left at the office not later tlian 11 a.m. on the day preceding publication. No verbal communication will be held with correspondents in reference to their communications, as intimation of the acceptance or rejection of letters can only be given in the regular way through the paper.
