I Credit for Fees ia Given, desired by the Applicant in all,, eases whero the proprietor applies to have the land registered under the Aot in his own name, and the fees may remain unpaid until land is dealt with. Any person, therefore, who wishes to j his land under tho provisions of the Act, t order that whenever he deals withfit he bo ia a position to avail himself bf facilities afforded by having a ; Title, can do so Without Any Prtsent Cost, by allowing the fees to remain unpaid until such dealing 'ifcakes place, lie wll then be in a position to ' Mortgage, Transfer, tiease, or otherwise deal with his land at & moment's notice. ' ■ " t UEETIFICATES OF TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEEEAfIBLE. ALL TITLES ABE GUARANTEED BI THE GOVERNMENT. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost of registration in the Deeds Registry, over and above the Solicitor's charge, is never less than Fifteen Shillings, frequently yery much more j while land which has been bought uqder the provisions of '*iThe Laud Transfer Act " can be transferred at a total cost of Eleven Shillings where a whole sejtion is conveyed 5 and where only part ia conveyed (and therefore a fresh Certificate (of Title is I'eccssitated), of Thirity-one Shilfings, which ia the highest sum allowed by the Act, no matter what the yaluo or area of the land. Under the Regulations in force on and after the Ist January, 18755, the chargt for Certificates of'Titks issued upon Metaoranda of Transfer is reduced to Teh Shillings in all cases where the value of tho lalid ia under Ten Pounds. I The total cost of executing of mortgage or lease of laud, registered undec the Act, is Twelve Shillings, no matter what tho amount involved.
