Dr. Lowe, Medical Missionary in India, reports (December, 1865) : — •' That in nearly every case of Cholera in which Dr. J. Coma Bbowne's Chlorodyne was administered, the patient recovered." Extract from the Medical Times, January 12, 1866 : — "Clorodyne is prescribed by scores of orthodox medical practitioners. Of course, it would not thus be singularly popular, did t not ' supply a want and fill a place.' " Extract from the General Board of Health, London, as to ita efficacy in Choleia: — "So stiongly convinced are wo of the immense value of this remedy, that we cannot too for* cibly urge the necessity of adopting it in all cases."
