Any Title, however long and complex, may be investigated at a cost to the Applicant of only Five Shillings; for if the Title is reected all fees t^rC returned, with the exceptior , of that amount. CERTIFICATES OP TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. ALL TITLES ABE GUARANTEED BS l THE GOVEBNMENT. On all Conveyances by Deed under the old system, the cost of registration in the Deeds Registry, over and above the Solicitor's charge, is never less than Fifteen Shillings,, frequently a very mnch more ; while land which has been f bought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act" can be transferred at a total cost of Elevetf Shillings where a whole section is conveyed j 'Snd where only part is conveyed (and therefore a fresh Certificate of Title is necessitated), of Thirifcv-one Shillings, which is the highest sum nlfwyedby the Act, no matter what the yalue or area of tho land. Under the Begulations in force on and after the Ist January, 187&, the oharge for Certificates of Titles issued upon Memoranda of Transfer is reduced to 'Ten Shillings in all cases where tbe value of the land is under Ten Founds. The total cost of executing a mortgage or lease of land, registered under the Act, is Twelve Shillings, no matter what the amount ! , involved* A mortgage may be transferred or discharged, or a lease transferred or surrendered ' j for Five Shillings.. THESE; OPERATIONS INVOLVE NO DELAY. The following, are some of the ad»ntiges wnferred by the Land, Transfer Bysteai .— 1.
