PEB AKAWATA, AT THE BLUFF. Melbourne, May 21. The new Ministry consists of all the old members of the former Berry Government. Service and Casey declined to join, but promised their friendly support;. The House will not be able to meet for five or six weeks, owing to the midisterial re-election. The Berry and Davis scandal is concluded by the latter accepting an apology, which has not been published, and he will be again a candidate for the Chairmanship of Committees. Several of the members will, it is said, be petitioned against. Blackham, elected for Sandhurst, is an uncertificated bankrupt and cannot take his seat, which therefore belongs to Angus M'Kay, the next highest on the poll. The weather is unsettled, and several shipping casualties are reported along the coast. ' Lynar, post and telegraph manager at Belfast, has been arrested for embezzlement. Sands, accountant at the Bank of Victoria, Kilmore, committed suicide by drowning while in a fit of temporary insanity.
