NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS, While owr cohmtu will be open at oU time* to the discussion of matters of legitimate public interest, it will be dearly understood that mare in no may whatever identifier with the view* of onr correspondents. In order to avoid future annoyance, we detire to state definitely that, under na circumstance whatever will our Court reports be curtailed or withheld. All correspondence intended for insertion in this column mmt be accompanied by the real name of the writer, merely as a guarantee of good faith. Letters to the Editor must be enclosed in an envelope and left at the office not later than 11 a.m. on the day preceding publication. No verbal communication wilt be held with correspondents in reference to their communications, as intimation of the acceptance or rejection of letters cm only be given in the regular way through the paper.
