THE ROAD BOARD.
[TO THE SDITOB IKANOAHUA TIMES.] Sib,— l recently sent a letter to the* Road Board referring to work slummed at the corner of Sbiel and Sionamond streets It is reported that the Board would not receive *ny letter which I suppose means that they considered Jiy com* plaint groundless. I only wy that Mr Butler, the County Engineer, bas since inspected the work complained of, and his opinion is that "it is rotten." Ifow* Sir, as a ratepayer, and one who has sections in the vicinity referred to, I have a right to complain of the tetion of the Board ia throwing out my letter in the manner stated* lam, &c., Haiti Jacobseh.
