Dr. Lowe, Medical Missionary in India, reports (December, 1865; : — •* That in nearly every case of Cholera iv which Dr. J. Oollis Bbowne'b Chlorodyne was administered, the patient recoverei." Extract from the Medical Times, January 12, 1866 : — "Clorodyne is proscribed by scores of orthodox medical practitioners. Of course, it would not thus be singularly popular, did t not ' supply a want and fill a place.' " Extract from the Oeneval Board of Health, London, as to itn efficucy in Cholera :— " So stiongly convinced are we of the immense value of this remedy, that wo cannot too forcibly urge the necessity of adopting it in all cases." Peware of spurious and dangerous compounds sold as "Chlorodyne," from which frequent fatal results have followed. See leading article, Pannaceutical Journal, Ist August, 1809, which states that Dr. J.
