THE EASTERN QUESTION. LoxpoN, February 21. Lord Derby has informed the Porte, that although the English Government will not roerce the action of Turkey, it will not feel bound to protect the Porte against the coercion of other Powers. The Secretary for India, aud the Earl of Beaconsfietd both expressed themselves &s opposed to the policy of coercion.
