Caution.— Vice-Chancellor Sir W.P.Wood stated that Dr Collis Bbowne was un« doubtedl.v the inventor of "CHLORODYNE ;" that the story of the defendant Freeman being the inventor was deliberately untrue, which he regretted had been sworn to. Eminent Hospital Physicians of London stated that Dr J. Dr. Lowe, Medical Missionary in Ind!a, reports (December, 1865) : — •• That in nearly every case of Cholera in whioh Dr. J. Collis Browne's Chlorodyne was administered, the patient recovered." Extract from the Medical Times, January 12, 1866 .—"Clorodyne is prescribed by scores i of orthodox medical practitioners. Of course, it would not thus be singularly popular, did t not * supply a want and fill a place.' " Extract from the General Board of Health, London, as to its, efficacy in Choleia:— "So strongly convinced are we of the immense yalue of this remedy, that we cannot too forcibly urge the necessity of adopting it in all oases." Beware of spurious and dangerous com* pounds sold as "Chlorodyne," from which frequent fatal results have followed. See leading article, Parmaoevtlcal Journal, Ist August, 1869, which states that Dr. J. Collis Browne was the Inventor of Chlorodyne • that it is always right to use his preparation when Chlorodyne is ordered. CAUTION.—None genuine without the words, " Dr. J.
