Lord Salisbury, tbe European Eepreaentative, announced tbe Conference ended. General Ignatiff said be held the Forte responsible, but expressed a hope that Tnrkey would respect Christian subjects, and not molest Servian or Montenegrin. Mail steamer Assam arrived at Galle on the seventeenth.
