BOWLING TOURNEYS
PAEROA HAS TWO WINS THAMES AND MORRINSVTLLE Paeroa bowlers secured two wins at bowling tournaments during the last week-end. At a leads and seconds tournament at Morrinsville on Saturday last, when 16 teams competed, the Paeroa rink won. The team was C. Rolton, J. Turner, A. Pivot and B. Roberts. At an open tournament at Thames when 16 teams competed, Paeroa again proved to be the winning team. The Paeroa team consisted of H. Mi. Shand, J. Donald, E. E. Faulkner and L. T. Williams.
