WHITIANGA SCHEME FINAL DETAILS AWAITED Final details were now only required to complete the Whitianga scheme to be placed before the Town Planning Board, said Mr J. Cox, officer of the

Town Planning Department, when interviewed in Wellington recently by Mr E. Deeble, county chairman, and Mr J. H. Lucas, county clerk. In reporting the interview to the November meeting of the Coromandel County Council, Mr Deeble said that Mr Cox had stated that he was engaged in preparing a report for the Town Planning Board and that he hoped that the finalising of the scheme would result in the very near future.
