MATCH ON SATURDAY GAME AT WAITAKARURU IMORRINiSViILLE CHALLENGE The second to last challenge of the season for the Peace cup will be played at Waitakaruru on Saturday when the Morrinsville Rugby Union’s senior team will play the holders, the Hauraki Plains, for the trophy. The final challenge of the season will be decided on the following Saturday when the holders will have to defend the cup against a challenge from Rotorua. • The Morrinsville team proved its worth last Saturday when it registered a decisive win over Cambridge, and Morrinsville supporters are confident that their team will give a good account of itself on Saturday. The Hauraki'Plains fifteen, however, will be a difficult team to 'beat on its own ground at Waitakaruru and the forwards cannot ibe dismissed lightly. Rugby enthusiasts who have followed the gamei for many years have stated this year that the Hauraki Plains pack is one of the best they have seen for many years. the Plains backlifte has not proved' itself as a strong attacking organisation, its defence has always been sound aijd as they are the. holders of the trophy the challengers have to win the match before they can take home the Peace cup. No matter what the result, good football should be seen at Waitakaruru on Saturday. The teams will be as under: —
