Public Notice Lease by tender TOREHAPE FARM The Public Trustee invites tenders for the.lease of a farm property of 72 acres approximately ,at Torehape. Conditions of Tender may be inspected at and any further particulars obtain from the Public Trust Office at Te Aroha and Thames or on application to Mrs E. C. M. Harris, Mangatarata. A deposit equal to six months rent at the rate tendered is to accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders close at Te Aroha on June 9 at the Office of the District Public Trustee, Te Aroha, to whom tenders are to be addressed, enclosed in sealed envelope and marked “Tender for lease of Torehape land of T.S. Harris Estate.”
