INFORMAL REUNION

RETURNED SERVICEMEN SUGGESTIONS PUT FORWARD Arrangements should be made for the informal reunion of returned servicemen, said Mr V. Moloney at the annual meeting of the Paeroa and Hauraki Returned iServices Association held recently in Paeroa. Mr Moloney suggested that an informal reunion should take place after the usual commemoration service on Anzac Day. He was supported by several members of the association and the suggestion was made that members’ wives should be invited 1 . It was resolved that the new committee be recommended to investigate the position together with a proposal that a ladies’ night be held each year.
