LOAN OF £5500
HAURAKI CATCHMENT BOARD APPROVAL NOW GAZETTED Consent to the raising of a £5500 loan by the Hauraki Catchment Board has been gazetted in a recent issue of the N.Z. Gazette. The Order-in-Council prescribes the conditions of the loan as follows: — 1. The term of the loan or any part thereof shall not exceed eight years. 2. The rate of interest shall not produce to the lender a rate, exceeding £3/10/- per centum per annum. 3. The loan shall be repaid by equal aggregate annual instalments extending over the term. The purpose of the loan is stated to be to enable the board to purchase, plant. -
