PAEROA CENOTAPH

COMPLAINT MADE BOROUGH COUNCIL ACTS * A complaint as to the state of the ground immediately surrounding the cenotaph on Primrose hill, Paeroa, was brought before the February meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council. The works committee recommended that the cenotaph be fenced off and the council decided that the works committee’s suggestion be adopted and that the cattle stops at the entrance to the reserve be made effective so that the gates could be left open.
