PARENT-TEACHERS

meeting at netherton

WORK OF ASSOCIATION

The Netherton Parent-Teachers’ Association held its first meeting for the new year at the beginning of February, there being a fail attendance.

Favourable comment was made on the installation of the new sound projector, which was the result of the work of the association. It was felt that the children should derive more benefit from sound films than from the old silent ones. • It was decided to hold the annual meeting in March and it was hoped that an even livelier interest in the working of the association would be taken by the parents, more especially those of the younger children, in the activities of the association.
