TURUA RACES

ANNUAL MEETING GOOD CROWD AT THAMES SCOTT CUP TO GOLDEN ARROW Although a good crowd enjoyed the Turua Sports Club’s annual race meeting on the Thames racecourse at Parawai on Saturday, one official expressed disappointment at the entries, stating that the large number of scratchings limited the field in the various races.
