Mrs. M. E. Conolly of Hill street, Paeroa, has returned from a tour of Otago with her son Mr. J. F. Conolly of Dunedin.
Miss Margot Rawson of the Waitakaruru Post Office staff is spending her leave with her aunt, Mrs. Le Feuvre of Ruawai. Mr. and Mrs. R. Brockbank and daughter, Lorraine, of Dunedin, have been visiting their niece, Mrs. T. Cooper of Waitakaruru.
Mr and Mrs Ray Kennedy of Wai* takaruru have been enjoying a motoring holiday in Northland.
Mr and Mrs Gray and their daughter, Betty, of Mangatarata, accompanied by Mrs Peat of Auckland, have been staying at their beach cottage at Thornton’s Bay. Mrs E. P. Marshall of Canal road, Waitakaruru, has her mother, Mrs Bray of Auckland, and two nieces visiting her. Mr and Mrs I. Heaven and their baby son of Maramarua are holidaying at Whangamata. Mr and Mrs C. Peach of Maramarua and Mr and Mrs G. Stunell of Murupara are spending a fishing holiday with Mr and Mrs L. Pacey at their Taupo home. Dr. and Mrs H. McDougall and two small sons of Auckland, are visiting Netherton as the guests of Mr and Mrs P. Ryan. Mrs K. Brackin of Melbourne is spending a holiday with her brother Mr Geo. Elvidge of Kerepehi. Mr L. Qleal, secretary of the Empire Gamete, (recently spent a week-e|id with Mr and Mrs G. Elvidge of Kerepehi. Mrs P. Warden of Ponsonby wag a guest of Mrs G. Elvidge of Kerepehi for the Chick-Elvidge wedding.
Mrs W. D. Auston and small daughter, Gaye, of Huntly, are the guests of Mr and Mrs Strong of Kere*' pehi.
