PENINSULA NEWS PLAN COMPLETE

SCHEME FOR WHITIANGA STEPS TO FINALISE TAKEN The plan embracing the town planning scheme for Whitianga was now completed and a draft of the clauses was ready for submission for comment, stated a communication, placed before the Coromandel County Council at its February meeting.

It was proposed by the chairman, Mr E. Deeble, and seconded by Cr Le Roy-Dyson that the county clerk be authorised to proceed to Whitianga and there discuss the scheme clauses with interested parties with a view to finalising the scheme.
