NURSES PRAISED
GREAT HELP TO BOARD / FAREWELL ARRANGED “It has always been a delight for mpmbers of the board to be associated with the Misses Moore of the Paeroa hospital. They have always been of the greatest help to the board and the relations between the board and those ladies has always been delightfully friendly and co-operative,” said the chairman, Mr J. W. Danby, of the Thames Hospital Board at its July meeting. The above remarks were made by Mr Danby upon Mr Edwin Edwards drawing members attention to the fact that the Misses Moore were leaving Paeroa hospital and that a farewell was being arranged. Mr Edwards stated that he knew that members of the board would wish to be associated with the farewell and he had been requested to extend an invitation to the chairman, the secretary and all members of the board. Thu date of the farewell had not yet been fixed but the board and members would be notified in due course, concluded Mr Edwards.
