AERO CLUB OFFICERS
ANNUAL MEETING HELD All members of the committee of the Hauraki Aero Club who were elected at the special meeting on March 29. were returned to office at the annual general meeting held recently. The president, Mr J. W. T. Morrison, presided over an attendance of about 40 members.
An election was necessitated by the nomination of two extra members for the committee, Messrs P. L. Quinn and A. E. Davis, but the original members Mrs B. Oliver and Messrs F. W. Sawyer, O. L. Cox, C. Foote and N. H. Bethwaite —were all returned to their positions. Mr W. S. Clark was elected hororary auditor. Other members who were automatically returned to office, as they were unopposed, were: President, Mr Morrison; vice-presidents, Messrs C. L. Robertson and A. E. Glessing; club captain, Mr R. Laurent; vice-captain, Mr E. Smith; honorary treasurer, Mr B. Oliver; honorary solicitor, Mr A. E. L. Dodd.
