Mrs Neville Trye of Rotorua is staying with her mother, Mrs G. French, of Waitakaruru. Mrs Gus. 'Gulbransen of Ruakaka, Whangarei, has been visiting Mrs G. Ashford of Waitakaruru.

Mrs Dick of Waitakaruru entertained the following guests for the week-end, after her daughter’s wedding: Mrs G. Mitchell and her son, Mr N. Mitchell of Auckland; Mr and Mrs W. Williams and two sons of Matamata; Mr and Mrs W. Cocks and their son and daughter, Mr M. Cocks and Miss P. Cocks, and Miss Noelene Martin, all of Auckland, Mr G. O’Brian, Mr F. Hughes and Mr Egan, all of Thames.
