CARD EVENING
MARAMARUA FUNCTION GOOD CROWD PRESENT The card evening held by the Maramarua Social Club in the Maramarua tearooms recently proved very successful, there being a large gathering present. The winners of 500 were Mr W. Dimmock and Mr J- Toma. The lucky door number was won by Mr D. Neil. A lovely supper was served by the ladies. Among those present were Mesdames T. Neil, A. Hale, E. Hodder, W. Nesbitt, R. Finlay; Misses D. and E. McWatt, E. Booth, H. Godley and M. Neil.
