WOMEN’S DIVISION

HUIRAU ROAD MEETING MEMBERS TO PACK PARCELS .The October meeting of the Huirau road Women’s Division was held in Mrs H. Baker’s residence recently. Mrs Scott thanked all the members for the way they had worked at the birthday party. Mrs Fox was given many gifts for her new baby. Three members drew for “ Parcels for Home” at the meeting. They were Mrs R. Dally, Mrs Rangi and Mrs Scott. Mrs Madgwick was the winner of the best bloom and. .Mrs Green won the wandering shilling. The competition for next month will be a tray cloth.
