FAREWELL EVENING

KEREPEEHI J-FORCE MEMBER

DAVE DENNISON LEAVING SOON

There was a good attendance at a farewell held in the Kerepeehi hall on Wednesday, June 10, in honour of Pte. D. Dennison, who is leaving with the J-Force shortly. Music was supplied by the Rhythm Ramblers and Mr W. Bailey acted as M.C. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by Miss K. Jessen and Mr R. Stone.

Mr W. Bailey expressed the good wishes of all present and wished him a safe return to New Zealand.

In reply Pte. Dennison thanked Mr Bailey and residents for the evening and the good wishes. Among those present were: Mesdames E. Dennison, C. Poland, A. Strong, A. L. Fisher, R. Burton, H.
