OTAGO FARMERS’ REPORT BOOM PRICES CONTINUE The Otago Farmers’ Co-operative Association’s fortnightly ra'bbitskin sale was held in Dunedin on July 16, when another large catalogue was offered to the usual bench of buyers. Furriers again operated l freely and there was’ a generally strong demand. With the exception of low grade skins, which showed another slight easing in value, prices in comparison with our previous auction of July 2 'can be quoted firmer- as follows: — iSpotty bucks, par to 24d per lb ; spotty does, par to 38d per lb.; winterbucks, 32d to 3bd per lb.; winter does, 35d to 48d per lb.; blood-stained grades, par to BOd per lb.; blacks, par to 88'd per lb.; fawns, par to 98d per lb.; hareskins, 8d to 13d per lb.
