GOVERNMENTAL EXPERTS
According- to notice published in. the New Zealand Gazette, the following have been appointed 'by the GovernorGeneral to be non-eledtive members of the Hauraki Catchment Board for a period of three years:— Messrs R. D. Campbell, Conservator of Forests,'Auckland. Edward Taylor. N.Z.1.E., Chief Drainage Engineer of the Lands and Survey Department, Auckland.
J. E. Davies, Instructor in Agriculture, Thames. P. iD. .Sears, M.A., B.'Com., Field Ecologist, Grasslands Division, Scientific and Industrial Research Department, Palmerston North. R. H. Packwood, A.M.1.C.E., District Engineer. Public Works Department, Auckland.
