Starlet From America Broadcasts Diana Decker, a young singer who is frequently heard by British Broadcasting Corporation overseas listeners, has been in England since 1938 when she left America with her family. She was educated in California where she took part in many college shows and soon after the outbreak of war she joined E.N.S.A. (Entertainments National Service Association).
