COUNTY OF HAURAKI PLAINS MOTIVE OF RPECIAL ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Special Order was passed at a Special Meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council on the Bth. day of May, 1946, and will be submitted for confirmation at, the Ordinary Meeting of the said Council on the 12th. day of June 1946, in the County Council Chambers at Ngatea:— SPECIAL ORDER In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 13 of the Physical Welfare and Recreation Act 1937, Section 17 (d) of the Local Bodies Loans Act 1926, and all other powers it thereunto enabling, the Hauraki Plains County Council doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order as follows: — 1. That the Council raise a loan of £2OOO for the purpose of purchasing all that parcel of land described as Section 10 Block VII Waihou Survey District being an area of 149 acres 2 roods more or less. 2. That interest at a rate not exceeding £3/10/0 per centum per annum be paid on the said loan. 3. That the said Loan together with interest thereon shall be repaid by equal half yearly instalments extending over the term of the loan. 4. That the term of the said loan shall be of twenty years.
