COLLISION SEQUEL

CIVIL ACTION HEARD CLAIM AND COUNTER-CLAIM The sequel to a collision was heard S in a civil action in the Paeroa Court on Monday before Messrs T. Gregson.' and B. Gwilliam Snr., when R. T. Hawthorne (Mr Barrott) claimed £9 from Transport Ltd. (Mr R. S. Carden). Transport Ltd. counter-claimed for £5. The evidence for Hawthorne was taken, in Auckland and the Transport Ltd. case was heard 1 in Paeroa. Judgment was entered for Hawthorne and the counter-claim was dismissed.
