TWO YOUTHS BEFORE COURT INCIDENT AT “THE DELL” The sequel to complaints- <£ assault at “The Dell” on the Paaw»Waihi main highway, Paeroa, on Wednesday, November 21, were heard 1® the Children's Court at Paeroa on ; Monday when two youths appeared before Mir W. H, Freeman', S.M., of having unlawful carnal knowledge «£' a girl under years of age. , Constable J. L. Brown- stated that investigations had disclosed! that Mi. assault had! occurred and . the girl had! met the youths by arrangement when the offence had taken place. Th® injuries on "the girl shown to the police? ' later had been inflicted- by‘ the child's guardian. \ The youths- were placed under th® supervision of the Child Welfare D®“ partment for two years. h
