NGATEA BRANCH MEETS RESULTS OF COMPETITIONS The Ngatea Women’s Division ■monthly meeting held in the Ngatea Hall opened with the singing of the National Anthem and recitation of the creed. Mrs Flint acted as secretary in place of Mrs Spence who was absent from home. (Business of the day was fully discussed especially the proposal to form an agricultural school south of Auckland. Winners of the competitions were: —Best bloom: Mrs Thomas 1, Mrs Keyes '2, Mrs Flint 3. Vase of flowers: Mrs Keyes 1, Mrs Flint 2, Mrs Fisher 3. Bowl of anemones: Mrs Wheeler 1, Mrs Keyes 2, Mrs Fisher 3. Sponge cake: Mrs Douglas 1. BestMrs Keyes 1, Mrs Thomas 2.
